How ordering works
Three steps, and a person looks at your details in the middle one.
Start from your Reseller’s link
Follow the link they sent you and we record who brought you in, so your application reaches the right person. Arriving without a link is fine — you can still apply, and an administrator assigns you when they approve it.
We check your details
Every application waits for an administrator to verify your NPI and approve it. Your Reseller then confirms the price on each product before the account opens, so you are never shown a price nobody chose for you.
Order, and we ship it
You see the products your Reseller stocks, at your own price, and pay by card at checkout. Every order is packed and shipped by HWI Care.
What an account gives you
The same four things on every order, from the first one onwards.
A price chosen for you
Set per product by your Reseller and kept until they change it. It is never re-entered at order time and never negotiated in a cart.
A catalogue, not a warehouse
You see the products your Reseller stocks and nothing else. Anything withdrawn upstream stops appearing straight away.
